Worst. CEO is unethical and lies to employees and consumers.

The CEO and managers are just out for the money. There was a job to go pick up some hemp in another state and the employees were stopped by law enforcement and the CEO refused to pay or take any responsibility for their legal bills. Their parents had to mortgage the house to post bail.

Lack of strategic leadership - Disengaged and inexperienced CEO - Toxic workplace defined by silos and internal politics - Paralysis through unnecessary bureaucracy - Lack of systems, tools, and procedures - Extremely high turnover due to aforementioned issues - Lack of visibility into financials

The work environment has nothing good to offer except politics, dysfunction, poor morale, and apathy. Turnover is alarmingly high and most if not all employees are looking for a way out to a better situation. If you notice a high turnover rate in your company or department, take that as a sign.

Leading. Not saying one thing and doing another.

Need to remove toxic marketing and salea leadership.

Less drinking and drug abuse on company time.

Strongly recommend that any and all job seekers find a different opportunity. The entirety of my time with Lazarus (over a year) was a constant fight against poor personnel management, lack of systems and tools, and a group of executives that have siloed themselves off from the company.

A very messy and unorganized company. A very bad work environment. The workers are never on time and make false reports about you and the company does nothing about it.

CEO tries to low ball everyone. He is so cheap.

The CEO is more interested in his side projects than supporting the core business, resulting in missed product releases, declining revenues (2+ years of declining sales), and no strategic organizational goals.

Unstable work environment. Don’t know what’s the deal with the other offices, but the Portland office is definitely falling apart. People are quitting every day because of the unreasonable expectations and the toxic office culture: Double standards, favouritism and lack of respect towards employ

Horrible, very biased narcissistic supervisors. The PDX location specifically is horrible! Unprofessional. No stability, no urge to better employees! Unfair, poor treatment! Very Very Very Stressful

The management is incompetent and only care about their bonus checks, too much forced overtime so don't plan on having a life. There is way too much favoritism by the supervisors and you have to watch your back because of their snitches and they will retaliate against you.

Coworkers need to take responsibility for themselves and stop blaming others for their poor choices. I saw one employee leave work, b/c they were doing drugs in the bathroom at work.

There is no value placed on members of the team as demonstrated by regular dismissals of key leaders in all areas of the company. No structural IT or HR support to speak of. Finance team openly hostile to other parts of the organization. There is no value in working for Lazarus Naturals.

People do not get a decent raise or a promotion, unless they are the CEO’s ‘pet’. There are no transparent or fair selection processes for new positions, the managers just pick their best friends (or people who are willing to go to happy hour with them). People talking behind each others?

Future employees beware. Absolutely everything is wrong about the company top to bottom. If you make the mistake of working for them you will regret it.

management completely incompetent, the worst place i've ever worked. terrible hr department, vindictive and petty. the managers at that company are without a doubt the most narcissistic people i've ever met.

Fire the marketing team and start over.

Everything. Specially management and leadership. You will be terrified everyday you work here. Save your time and self respect.

This place has a revolving door. Management is poor and bad behavior is allowed as long as you're in power. Diversity is a major problem and they've recently hired a few token employees but no one at a mid or senior management level. Management is a boys club of yes men.

I mean its okay but upper management is horrible. My immediate teammates are okay but it differs from team to team, some are nightmare. Career mobility is non existent, they'll give externals opportunities and much higher pay than you who has been working there for awhile.

Stop choosing favorites and hire people with real skill and talent.

- Upper management has a very high turnover, most likely because of the above. I had three bosses in two years. - I was offered a promotion that included title change, expanded territory responsibility and increase in salary.

Make it less threatening and combative.

One of the worse experiences I have ever had with a "company." There is no communication or clear directions on what you will be doing. The people in charge if you want to call it that. Seem to just go through the motions and do not care about making people feel welcome and informed.

Company lies to customers about the products. They are not full spectrum. They are broad spectrum.
