Steve Cappellucci, Managing Director Global Sales, started at LeapPoint in July of 2021. Steve has spent the last 35 years of his career transforming enterprise organizations. Known for his focus and commitment to achieving results, Steve helps organizations expand their thinking on effective modern work management practices combining strategic approaches, technology and management consulting expertise to help organizations succeed.
With an understanding of how people work; an awareness of how work behaviors alter work outcomes; and a knowledge of how the right connected work and technology can create competitive advantage, Steve’s approach to problem solving and practical solutions can guide a customer’s work management journey in a clear direction. His experience and expertise not only come from technology and consulting companies such as Accenture, Oracle, and private ventures, but from more than 575 work transformation engagements with customers across 15 different countries over the past 10 years.
Steve and his family reside in the Salt Lake City area.
