Nicholas DeBenedetto is responsible for establishing LeapPoint’s corporate vision and strategy. He has also created the operational environment and culture to achieve it. He is responsible for building and maintaining a brand that is trusted to deliver high quality outcomes to our clients and an environment where teammates can flourish and realize their greatest potential.

Mr. DeBenedetto has over 20 years of business and technology experience solving some of the most complex business challenges. He has led teams and implemented numerous global management and technology solutions for portfolios of multi-billion dollar programs. He has advised and served commercial and federal executives across many industries and leads with an enterprise change management focus to ensure client investments drive the outcomes for which they set out for.

Prior to LeapPoint, Mr. DeBenedetto worked for PricewaterhouseCoopers as a management consultant specializing in Portfolio Management, a contractor to the U.S. Department of State to build their global management information system, and as a utility player for a packaged software company where he performed numerous corporate roles.
