What is the best part about your compensation package?
The benefits are high quality and heavily subsidized by the company. I never stress about the cost of my healthcare. It costs me less than an hour of pay a week.

I have greatly benefitted from the quality of health insurance at the low premium value. I think the best part of compensation is still compensation itself -- the fact that we got a year-end bonus is great as well.

we need to be doing comp analysis' for each individual person and look at their skills. we have a lot of underpaid, skilled people here and a lot of overpaid underqualified people.
