Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
the pay for the job is fairly low but with the situation i'm currently in its understandable and will be reevaluated soon.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The culture makes it feel like youre family and if you mess up its okay, but they area always supportive in helping you up when you are knocked down.
