They encourage people to flourish as individuals instead of assimilating into a uniform idea of what they want from employees so there's so much variety in actual people being themselves instead of covers.
What are some of the best things about your team?
Every team I've been on actually eagerly collaborates, they take time to connect personally and check in to make sure everyone is okay or provide support when things aren't well. They've all been genuine and open to interact.
What makes you most happy at work?
The people for sure; I've been encouraged and supported to shift my job description to do my best in my strengths so I love every part of what i do, but the people are what makes it worth being there.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
I get honest and clear answers of the broad function of the company so i have clear expectations, I have no hesitation to reach out to them for whatever reason, and they actively support my skills and growth both personally and as an employee
