What Lectric does that other companies do not is the appreciation everyone shares for each other. The support and reassurance goes so far and means so much.
What makes you most happy at work?
What makes me most happy is being able to work with a great team. The energy and vibes are always high. What also makes me happy is the enjoyment that cx's have trying our bikes out and visiting the showroom! It's like they're at Disneyland. It's awesome to see!
What do you like best about the leadership team?
I love that the leadership team makes an effort to get to know you personally. The energy and vibes are always positive. I don't just feel like a number, but, as a real person. I've never working in an environment like this. Thank you for making this a safe, loving and supportive space.
