Everyone is very cliquey. If you're not the "in" crowd and friends with the "OG's" and some of the leadership team, you are not treated as well.

What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
I get anxious about the overall direction of the company and its viability from time-to-time. Every department has some level of performance/efficiency issue.
