Living on planet earth with the people who run the day to day operations at the restaurants
They could be much better at making things equal for everyone and confronting issues head on
Making things fair and equal for all employees
Not completely pushing and confining people into a corner of the company, never letting them have the opportunities they could use to expand their skillsets and grow. They would rather see you do the same job for 10 years than look at another position that would enable you upward mobility.
support from corporate for out of state
Provoked antagonization. As well as consistent microggrasive encounters
The compensation was completely unfair given the hours required to work. Some individuals were paid less than federal and state minimum wage. The vacation days they allowed us literally 5 per year. I would say paying individuals who worked a manufacturing side position more fairly is a must.
support. review. feedback. more compensation
Less sidework and more tables
Making it a welcoming enviornment not just for their own but for others that have the ability to contribute to the betterment of the company.
Better leadership and reinforcement for managment and employees
some support from boston and an executive chef
Being informative about how the reasturant is ran prior to hire. Seniority is major here and needs ti be improved as soon as possible.
not having to travel so far for the interview to a location i wont be working at
Inconsistent plate quality coming from the kitchen. High ranking chefs that arent enforcing standards. Guests can get great food one time and a bad plate the next time. Need to trust chefs to just put out a good plate but you cant. I always have to push back and demand proper food/plating
