Higher compensation and they give you a fair shot to prove yourself and advance regardless if your missing key requirements i learned a lot

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

A stock purchase program or some type of equity in the company

Adding rewards for extra work completed

Undervalued for sure. Low corss functioanl collaboration. Some toxic bosses create unnecessary hurdles to complete the work
