What is the best part about your compensation package?
I am grateful to receive consistent bonuses and no harsh surprises.
We recently received a cash award with the new employee incentive program. It was truly unexpected and an even greater incentive to make me go harder for my team!
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Legendary needs to pay based off merit.
If it was up to par worh the competiton and/or fair to the amount of work done
What are some of the best things about your team?
We are highly collaborative group. Communication is effective.
The are open to all ideas, no one is condescending, they listen and I feel seen even if its a small contribution.
The coordinators through junior executives make Legendary the company it is.

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The coffee cart is a great space to connect with others outside of my department.
We get free food and shirts from time to time.
Comradery, cooperative and to an extend open
