Mr. Alexander J. (Alex) Preston has been a General Manager of Security and Transportation Technology Business Unit of Leidos Holdings, Inc. (formerly known as SAIC, Inc.) since April 15, 2005 and serves as its Senior Vice President. Mr. Preston joined Leidos Holdings, Inc. from ANXeBusiness Corporation, a wholly owned subsidiary of Leidos Holdings, Inc., where he served as president and chief executive officer. Before joining ANXeBusiness, he served as vice president, supply and logistics, at Visteon Corporation, a leading supplier of automotive technology systems. While at Visteon, Mr. Preston was responsible for purchasing, information technology operations and business process developments. He oversaw the separation of the Ford/Visteon information systems. Prior to his employment at Visteon, he was the Director of process reengineering and computer integrated engineering and manufacturing at the Ford Motor Company. Mr. Preston received a degree in computer science from the University of Newcastle- upon-Tyne in England in 1980.
