Ms. Angela L. Heise, also known as Angie, has been President of Civil Group at Leidos Holdings, Inc. since August 22, 2016. Ms. Heise is responsible for providing solutions to US Cabinet-level civil agencies and major elements of the public sector across the globe. Focus areas include energy and the environment, utilities, manufacturing and industrial, federal infrastructure, air traffic management, exploration and mission support, cybersecurity and information technology. Ms. Heise served as Vice President of Commercial Markets for Lockheed Martin-Commercial Cyber, where she was responsible for delivery of a portfolio of cybersecurity and information technology solutions and services to commercial Global 1000 customers. She served as Director of Savi Logistics Systems for Savi Technology, Inc. (Savi Group). Ms. Heise was responsible for current program performance for the US Transportation Command (USTRANSCOM), Defense Logistics Agency (DLA) and Department of Homeland Security (DHS). Her portfolio of programs includes: Global Transportation Network (GTN), Business Systems Modernization (BSM) Processing Center and the U.S. Federal Emergency Management Agency's Total Asset Visibility program. She has extensive experience leading, designing and developing Transportation, Logistics and Supply Chain Management systems, with ten of those years working on USTRANSCOM programs. She began her career with BDM International in 1994 as a software engineer and later moved on to a consulting firm working as a software engineer, designing and developing procurement systems. Since joining Lockheed Martin in 1997, her assignments have included positions as the technical assistant to the President of Mission Systems, Global Transportation Network Program Manager, O'Fallon-Illinois Site Manager and numerous technical leadership positions. As the Global Transportation Network Program Manager, Ms. Heise's team earned three consecutive 100% award fee scores. During this time, she managed a virtual team located in O'Fallon, Ill.; Manassas, Va.; and Warner-Robins, Ga. She was recognized in 2012 as Aviation Week's Top 40 under 40 and in 2013 was one of Federal Computing Week's Top 100 Executives. She has been a Director of Mission Support Alliance, LLC since March 2017. She holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science from Southern Illinois University - Edwardsville.
