Clement Chen — Senior Vice President of Strategic Development at Leidos

Mr. Clement Chen has been Senior Vice President of Strategic Development at Leidos Holdings, Inc. (formerly known as SAIC, Inc.) since June 2008. Mr. Chen develop innovative business strategies for the Group and play a leadership role in shaping the portfolio of services available to clients. Prior to joining Leidos Holdings, Inc., he served as Vice President of business innovation at Lockheed Martin Corp., where he led technology development, business models and strategy for a broad spectrum of areas including human terrain exploitation, biological systems integration, virtual world environments and network driven business transformation. Over a 12-year career at Lockheed Martin he also held executive positions involved in strategic development, mergers and acquisitions, business development and business operations. His experience also includes business development and financial management roles at Software AG and IBM. He began his career as a naval officer specializing in surface warfare and later served as an Operational Test Director for naval engineering and combat systems. Mr. Chen is a 1984 BS in Applied Science graduate of the United States Naval Academy and earned a master's degree in business administration in 1990 from the College of William and Mary.
