Gerard A. Fasano — Executive VP & Chief of Business Development & Strategy at Leidos

Mr. Gerard A. Fasano, also known as Gerry, has been Chief of Business Development & Strategy at Leidos Holdings, Inc. since August 22, 2016 and serves as its Executive Vice President. Mr. Fasano oversees efforts to drive business growth, account management, legislative affairs and strategy. He serves as Defense President at Lockheed Martin Information Systems & Global Solutions, Inc. He served as Vice President of Strategy and Business Development at Lockheed Martin Information Systems & Global Solutions, Inc. since July 2013. Mr. Fasano served as Vice President of Strategy and Business Development at Lockheed Martin Corporation. Mr. Fasano was responsible for developing and executing the business strategy, overseeing plans for business growth and sustaining and strengthening customer relationships. He lead a strategy and business development team with three product lines and 28,000 employees for a company recognized as the IT Leader for the Federal Government for 19 years in a row. He was the IS&GS-Defense product line Vice President and General Manager, has 29 years of experience to the role, developing teams and building strong partnerships with customers. Mr. Fasano's previous roles in Lockheed Martin include President Defense Product Line, Deputy President Intelligence Product Line, Vice President of C4ISR line of business and Vice President of Space Ground line of business. He has been a Director of Greater Philadelphia Chamber of Commerce since October 2011. He served as Director of Lockheed Martin Australia Pty. Ltd. until February 18, 2014. He has received numerous awards of excellence including the Carl T. Humphrey Alumni Award from the Villanova College of Engineering, the Master Program Manager award from Lockheed Martin and the Pennsylvania USO Liberty Award. Mr. Fasano holds a Master's degree in Computer Engineering and a Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering from Villanova University.
