She has held several positions of progressively greater responsibility at Science Applications International Corporation where she was tasked with developing and administering multiple high value contracts that generated significant revenue for the QinetiQ. Ms. Rupert studied BA from the University of Maryland and an MBA from Johns Hopkins University. She completed a graduate certificate in government contracting at George Washington University and is also a Certified Federal Contracts Manager (CFCM).
