Undervalued because I have team members who have the dirty work they don't want to do themselves for me to do. They get away with this behavior because they are related to their manager. Better pay, management support & make all members of departments responsible & accountable for their own workload
Co-worker need to not be so lazy and taking advantage of the fact they are related to their managers. They either need to do their work correctly & to completion.
