Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
To receive a fair competitive wage.
Undervalued because I have team members who have the dirty work they don't want to do themselves for me to do. They get away with this behavior because they are related to their manager. Better pay, management support & make all members of departments responsible & accountable for their own workload

Co-worker need to not be so lazy and taking advantage of the fact they are related to their managers. They either need to do their work correctly & to completion.

There is nothing positive about the culture or environment here unless you are related to someone.

Nothing really. They just needed a body to fill a night shift position. That's all they really cared about.

Favoritism, lack of management support, unqualified folks put into management positions due to favoritism.
