Pretentious management culture with little working knowledge of the insurance industry and flagrant disregard for industry ethics. Willful disregard for and breach of regulatory compliance. Cool benefits and a great message but don’t work here if your ethics are more important than free snack

They have their hiring algorithm pretty dialed in. Pretty much everyone is really great there.
What did you like most about the interview process?
They actually have your potential teammates interview you rather than just the management team which is cool.
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
More regularity and transparency. They also make you feel like an other if your opinion differs from theirs.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
The company pays for all your benefits or will reimburse you if you already have your own. All the snacks.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
Better processes, uniformity in claims handling (it’s basically the wild west there because there is minimal prior insurance experience in their staf
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Respecting their employees and maybe discontinue using their position of authority to intimidate and boost their ego and instead guide and mentor. Maybe learn about how insurance works too.
