What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Respecting their employees and maybe discontinue using their position of authority to intimidate and boost their ego and instead guide and mentor. Maybe learn about how insurance works too.
They need to communicate more
What is the best part about your compensation package?
The company pays for all your benefits or will reimburse you if you already have your own. All the snacks.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
A litle short to my skills
A better reasoning as to why we are not eligible for raises/bonuses
Hours are not consistent and the back of house team gets paid tips. If they did not get paid tips front of house would make more money.
What are some of the best things about your team?
They have their hiring algorithm pretty dialed in. Pretty much everyone is really great there.
They are willing to help each other
We currently have a friendly staff that gets along well

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
We try and keep each other encouraged
The most positive about the culture is that the job is very easy and for the environment it is that the pace moves steadily.
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
More regularity and transparency. They also make you feel like an other if your opinion differs from theirs.
What did you like most about the interview process?
They actually have your potential teammates interview you rather than just the management team which is cool.
They asked me what my interests were
My manager had the paperwork to hire me in the interview so she was ready to take action.

What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
Better processes, uniformity in claims handling (it’s basically the wild west there because there is minimal prior insurance experience in their staf
Management does not communicate with employees, they should have daily team meetings to keep everyone on the same page.
