i am finding it stressful during the covid lockdowns. i feel that not all upper management understand how tiring, emotional and confronting it is working closely with residents in the building while the door are locked. not being able to have enough staff to cover all shifts.

ok sometimes they do not understand how difficult it is on the ground floor

it was a transfer for one site to another. i was glad to move as the other site was a bit toxic.
