Listening to employees with experience and knowledge about digital marketing
Literally everything you can think of
Leadership does not treat you like a team
Line of sight. Clear mission, vision, and values. Diversity & Inclusion efforts. Embracing and promoting a more modern culture. Equal opportunity for development and growth. Management accountability.
I feel undervalued because those who work harder are always given more and more and those who don't work hard get to go on like nothing is wrong. The pay is not proportionate to the job.
Work unequal to pay. Acknowledgment and support are unequal to efforts as an employee. Compensation should be competitive and reflective of employee's value within reason.
Nothing can be done by the coworkers. they are stuck
They could improve by doing their jobs and not let other people do their jobs for them.
Cultural awareness. Collaboration. Teamwork. Accountability
Upper management needs to treat you as a team not individuals and now to yell in your face
making it go faster the process as a whole takes well over a month just for an entry level job
Greedy, basic, threatening, shallow, ignorant, dense, and pig headed. Fix rhese things and it might gain a reputation or survive the depression were about to see.
Everything is wrong here. the homes that are being built are horrible there is always something terribly wrong with them. and it falls back to those who didn't build them. the way the customers are treated is horrible. there is no fixing this.
Upper management to the cm needs to work together as a team
Change in leadership and culture.
