Mr. Douglas L. Young, also known as Doug, has been the President and Chief Operating Officer of Residential Heating & Cooling of Lennox International, Inc. since October 13, 2006. Mr. Young has been Executive Vice President of Lennox International, Inc. since October 2006. He joined Lennox in 1999. Mr. Young served for 14 years at General Electric, where he served several operational, marketing, sales and product management positions in GE's consumer appliance division. He has broad executive and operational experience. Mr. Young served as a Vice President and General Manager for Lennox' North American Residential Products division since 2003 and served as Vice President and General Manager of Lennox North American Residential Sales, Marketing and Distribution from 1999 to 2003. Mr. Young served in the Appliances division of GE, where he served various management positions. He served as General Manager of Marketing for GE Appliance division's retail group from 1997 to 1999 and General Manager of Strategic Initiatives since 1999. He has been a Director of Beacon Roofing Supply, Inc. since October 15, 2014. Mr. Young holds a BSBA from Creighton University and an MS in Management from Purdue University.
