Mr. Todd M. Bluedorn has been the Chief Executive Officer of Lennox International, Inc. since April 2, 2007 and has been its Chairman since May 10, 2012. Mr. Bluedorn serves as a Vice President of The Air-Conditioning, Heating, and & Refrigeration Institute. He served as the President of Otis North and South America Area for Otis Elevator Company since 2004. After beginning his career with McKinsey & Company in 1992, he accepted a position with United Technologies Corporation in 1995 as Director of Strategic Planning and also served as its President of North America Commercial Carrier. Mr. Bluedorn served as Vice President of North American Truck and Trailer of Carrier Corporation since 1996 and served as its Vice President of Southeast Asia Region since 1998. Since 2000, he served as President of Hamilton Sundstrand Industrial and became President, North America - Commercial Heating, Ventilation and Air Conditioning for Carrier Corporation in 2001. While serving in the United States Army from 1985 to 1990, Mr. Bluedorn was a combat engineer officer and United States Army Ranger. He has been an Independent Director of Eaton Corporation PLC since January 2010. He has been an Executive Director of Lennox International Inc. since April 2, 2007. He has been Director of Texas Instruments Incorporated since March 1, 2017. He serves as Director of National Elevator Industry, Inc. and Director of The Air-Conditioning, Heating and Refrigeration Institute. He is a trustee of Washington University in St. Louis. He graduated with distinction from the United States Military Academy, West Point in 1985 with a BS in Electrical Engineering. Mr. Bluedorn earned an MBA with distinction from Harvard University in 1992.
