What makes you most happy at work?
We're located by the beach, so it's a nice escape from the city!
What are some of the best things about your team?
Easy to communicate with, and very cooperative. Everyone excels at what they do, and is never opposed to lending a helping hand anywhere.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
My personal favorite is an included subscription service to BEAM -- which means I don't need to go out and get toothbrushes or toothpaste anymore. :-)
What did you like most about the interview process?
I'm typically nervous/uncomfortable for interviews, but they did a great job of making me feel comfortable -- so I was able to interview truly as myself.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
I feel our management has done a great job creating a fun, friendly work environment. It's obvious when the entire team gets along with each other, and each individual has a genuine interest in what they are doing, as well as the company itself. They're very easy to communicate with, which is great
