Lots of opportunity to start with and then very siloed. Lack of communication with management, they don't know who they're responsible for. Many people laid off because of their age, not talent level.

Solid, hard working people. Talented and happy to share their skills and tips to make everyone better.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
They say a lot of things that they know the company is not about. It's not a performance based company. They aren't loyal... at all. Hire and RETAIN people who are amazing at their work, rather than hiring based on their age, color and sexual preference.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
They continue to strip down/eliminate raises, benefits, perks and bonuses, which is easy to do since they won't hold on to anyone who's been there for any length of time. If the employees has no history or expectations of what has been done previously, then it doesn't appear to be a drop in benefits
