What would you improve about your company's interview process?
The first time I hired on with the company I was unaware of what my actual compensation would be. Which compensation changed 3 times in my position. Begininng pay was full on taking advantage of labor laws here in texas and was disgusting. I left before it changed to a very nice payout but changed.
The management has no people skills.
