What do you like best about the leadership team?
Managers are great. They're easy to talk to and they make work fun.
They understand work life balance for employees

People skills, realize without employees , you have NOTHING

Better communication and learn how to be fair with sections for servers. And be fair in generall not play favoritism over who they like more or less
Get managers with better people skills. Care more about your employees.
Communication. With each other and then to the rest of the team. And making sure everyone is on the same page communicating the same message.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
The fact that even a dishwasher can have insurance and a 401k in my company
The best part about my compensation package was the Insurance and 401k.
Pay and benefits are pretty top of the industry.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Still getting temporary pay never get a thank you or nothing positive to motivate the team
They don't even give a christmas bonus anymore. They nickel and dime us all the time.
What are some of the best things about your team?
Ohr ability to pull through diversity
When things actually happen they go great but that's far and between
Hardworking and excellent team effort
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
Working as a team. I noticed so many people not having integrity, lying about side work and just waiting for someone else to do it and alot of them were the people that got the good tables and big parties. Mentioned many inconsistancies to management and they hardly ever got addressed.
Our general manager at L Woods is a giant creep
Again, it's all communication and actually not being afraid to have difficult conversations with tenured staff.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
I loved my regulars they were my family !

The vibe is very well. Just feel very uncomfortable with certain managers

Consistancy, fair management that actually listens to employee feedback. Integrity of team members
There is a lot of negative attitude and disgruntledness on the floor.
What did you like most about the interview process?
They actually seemed interested in me.
They take it seriously for all
The owners daughter Molly did mine and she was amazing
Managers were very understanding and were still willing to hire me
What would you improve about your company's interview process?
The first time I hired on with the company I was unaware of what my actual compensation would be. Which compensation changed 3 times in my position. Begininng pay was full on taking advantage of labor laws here in texas and was disgusting. I left before it changed to a very nice payout but changed.
The management has no people skills.
What makes you most happy at work?
Happy to work and creating comfort for others

What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
It's a shit show every day nobody knows anything but backwards
Our management is terrible. Especially the GM.
Again, it's all about the communication.
