What do you like best about the leadership team?
The management team structure is such that all levels of employees are represented in daily meetings. Advances in the company are a reflection of these meetings and the interaction of employees who strive for enhanced care to our patients . No suggestion is discarded without review by the team.
Flat org. structure - can implement new ideas
Mgmt is very open to suggestions mentirs each team member at their level. To grow and succeed
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
They bully you every day
Paying wages On time. Not being dishonest.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
The PTO and 401k plans
PTO and health / dental / vision insurance
Heath insurance, paid vacation, dental, vision and 401k matching...great benefit package
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Paid late or not paid. Stressful work environment.
What are some of the best things about your team?
We work together and help each other
We care about and support each other whether in the office or remote employees working in the field
team work and collaboration are great
Daily meetings used for updates training, troubleshooting. It is an open forum. No question or suggestion is ridculed

The fraud they commit is horrible to old people in nursing homes
