Our costs are low -- and free parking!
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Annual raises are minimal if at all, all staff dread reviews. The tension during review time is palpable.

Everyone works together well and, for the most part, everyone wants to be a part of the team.

The people that I interviewed with were open about the firm and, after working with them for years, I can affirm that they really are who they seemed to be on first meeting.

I am given a job and am allowed to do it with minimal micro-managing. My attorneys trust me to do the job -- and do it right.
