Listening to the people they pay to be the experts. Ignoring so called "VPs of Delivery"

The pay is very competitive.
all the paid time off that I need, I can take!
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
401k matching would be nice. Decent insurance would help
What are some of the best things about your team?
Authentic, very intelligent, empathetic, fun
close knit group who have been through the ups and downs of a small company. Family.
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
My direct coworkers are generally pretty good. Morale here has just been killed.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The team is awesome and the work is challenging (in a good way).

Honesty, transparency. Trust your employees.

Going to lunch with other members of the team, more casual atmosphere

Doing a good job on a project that was complicated!

Get some work. Get rid of unnecessary employees. Stop lying.
