What makes you most happy at work?
regular chat with colleagues for work discussion but still make time to share personal issues and check on each others feelings.

We are from different culture, different countries with different time zone, still we manage to connect and collaborate to meet our targets/ goals.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
Constant communication on our strategy, our goals and our accomplishments, as well as our weaknesses. They inspired and lead us to improve for the best interest of our customer and society at large.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
This is quite unique and will say the long service award - Golden Medal Award which we receive every 5 years. Given to every employees around the world and irrespective of the grade level in the company.
