Committed, fair and cares about our employees
Very aware that we work draining jobs for not great pay; very supportive and encouraging of self care.

The leadership team needs to come down to earth a bit and be realistic about the middle management's roles.

Flexible work schedules and Paid Time off
The amount of sick time you get is really fair.

Living wage increases would be beneficial.
What are some of the best things about your team?
They are committed and dedicated to our mission

The people get along and support each other
There's drama from time to time, but when there is our supervisor and manager do their best to stomp it out fast.

Interacting with clients and co workers
Helping. We have a week to get clients into a better mental state, and some of the transformations can be amazing.
