Since joining Catapult Learning in 2010, he has been instrumental in overseeing the financial diligence and integration of Catapult Learning's four acquisitions over the past three years. He also has been pivotal in driving operational improvements in the business and managing the company's banking and investor relations. Previously, he served as Director of Financial Planning and Analysis at MedQuist, a NASDAQ-listed medical transcription company. Mr. Bates holds a B.S. in Finance from Rutgers University.
