They should stop looking askance to government of the day and focus on business and employees to maintain the trust reposed by policyholders.

We are caged as career progression is mostly based on seniority.
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
Today most of the workers in office are from reservation quota,they don't have the skills;a big recruitment drive is needed to keep the organisation afloat,as average age of employee is above 50 years.A little bit more of dilly dallying and this big organisation will collapse owing to faulty hardwar

sports awareness, cultural activities, seminar, union's organisation

What needs to change to make the company culture better?
Infusion of modern up to date technology,servers,and most importantly recruitment of tech savvy young staff at all levels.
