What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
Executive Staff needs to listen to and support the staff providing care to clients. Stop assuming what is needed. Respect the front line. It feels more controlling and money driven for personal benefits.Us and them attitude does not make a productive team.
Senior leadership acts frequently impulsively with total lack of planning and absence of project management.
