I have felt great about working here since day 1. Of course there are bumps in the road as there are with all companies, but trouble here seems relatively mild compared to other places I've worked.

We seem to hire people that fit in with our culture, not just people that bring a specific skill set. It creates a familial and fun atmosphere.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
They genuinely seem to care about employees. They're great at allowing people to explore new ideas and keeping people motivated without micro-managing. This is truly the best group of people I've ever worked for!
