What are some of the best things about your team?

We have a lot of people that are both passionate and educated. They all want to use technology to improve patient outcomes and it is apparent when you talk to them.

What do you like best about the leadership team?

I like that they are so open and actively interested in the daily work of so many people. Seeing the way the CEO interacts during team demos makes it apparent that they care.

The openness and obsession with getting things done is truly exhilarating. We don't get in our own way because the vision is clearly and regularly communicated and the is the ability to contribute to that vision extends to all employees.

LifeOmic is simply an amazing place to work. The leadership is transparent and allows for weekly open discussions and product updates for the entire company. It's an organization that truly cares about their employees through day to day actions to the annual camping retreats. Love the mission too!
