I have the utmost respect in our leadership and trust their judgement to steer the ship. I'm motivated to do my part in executing their vision.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Our autonomy allows us to work how we want and there is a lot of trust in one another that they are doing their best and staying focused.
