My work making it to our final product and seeing customers use it.

We respect each other and always aware of how we are not stepping on each other's toes.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
Transparency. Working in a startup is stressful enough -- to ease this our leadership team go above and beyond in communicating information down to employees.
