GENUINE. The LifeVantage Corporate Leadership team treats their distributors with royalty. They are very generous, upfront and honest while promoting the most innovative category creating products on the planet. They have created a such a culture that retains distributors like no other.

What is the best part about your compensation package?
1 - The ability to leverage a team of like minded people and grow it as big as I possibly can. 2 - Daily pay is a nice touch. 3 - Compensation plan rewards the right activities.
Its the best comp plan in the world.

What are some of the best things about your team?
HQ care about every distributor and our UK/European leadership is very good people. The distributors in this company are one global family.
Their support is so important!
My team has the makeup of a close knit family that is being led by the most incredible partners you could ever work with.

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
They look after their staff and distributors.
They are all so supportive.
The most positive about the culture and the environment at my company is that the family-like feeling you get promotes an environment where you're more excited to help someone else rather than yourself. After all, you still get paid for the work. It's totally amazing.
What needs to change to make the company culture better?

What did you like most about the interview process?
My curiosity was so high, all my sponsor had to do was answer MY questions. I've been involved with network marketing before and knew what I wanted to ask. They answered in top form and fashion!

I set the pace, I decide how much I work.
Knowing that I represent and distribute products that don't just claim to work, they actually work! There's nothing better than receiving a "thanks for giving me my life back" phone call.
