Mindy's cafe is amazing! We never have to worry about where or what to eat for lunch. We also get the opportunity for personal shoulder/neck massages while we work at our desk.

I love having unlimited PTO. I am more productive at work knowing that if I ever need to take a day off to be with my family that its possible.
That I have received a raise. I feel that there are so many companies that cap you and you are never able to grow and work harder to earn more. Lift Credit encourages me to push myself. I also love that they have noticed the extra effort and help compensate.

We have the most amazing mom who cooks lunch for us every day, and we constantly have snacks stocked. We also have a swag store we can purchase with points earned by hitting our goals! Swag includes: shirt, back packs, socks, air pods, vans, nikes, PTO, etc.!
