y manager is Top Drawer. Very supportive when needed, but hands off otherwise.

Management is not involved and unwilling to deviate from marching orders.

The team that I work in exists outside the company workflow. As a result nothing gets done.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
I like coming to work, which I think speaks volumes.
This is the best company I ever worked for. They respect the employees and the work we do and reward us accordingly.

The management has checked out following the acquisition by Crown Castle.
