What does the leadership team need to get better at?

Transparency and not gaslighting employees into thinking everything is fine.

What needs to change to make the company culture better?

There's too many things in motion that we haven't even gotten feedback from customers to see if they want - stop assuming what we need to build and look at the data.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

We were gaslit into thinking that taking away a bonus is what we wanted and instead it was replaced with RSUs which have next to no value. In addition, our benefits have severely gone down.

What's going wrong and how can it be improved?

People are leaving left and right, there's no clear direction of where we're headed and priorities change every day. The only person who's listened to is the one who yells the loudest in the room, the rest are ignored and seen as not worth the time.
