What do you like best about the leadership team?
very positive and friendly and a great company
Leaders at Limeade are transparent, fair and authentically care about their people.
Freedom to let their teams innovate, cross-train, and share ideas.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Transparency and not gaslighting employees into thinking everything is fine.
Organizational structure, go beyond tactical execution, stop listening to "old timers" only, provide reality behind the words
What is the best part about your compensation package?
Benefits are great, but the flexibility and trust in employees to get work done in the way that works for them, is what sets Limeade apart.
Base pay is adequate, Bonus is good when it occur (usually 40% of promise), Basic healthcare

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
We were gaslit into thinking that taking away a bonus is what we wanted and instead it was replaced with RSUs which have next to no value. In addition, our benefits have severely gone down.
What are some of the best things about your team?
My team is hard working, fun, dedicated and has each others' backs.
Everyone has a genuine passion for our mission and we all work for the good of our customers.
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
minimize passive aggressive nature, be up front with concerns, speak up, push management and leadership for excellence
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The opportunities to explore new areas and create improved processes is endless.
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
There's too many things in motion that we haven't even gotten feedback from customers to see if they want - stop assuming what we need to build and look at the data.

What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
People are leaving left and right, there's no clear direction of where we're headed and priorities change every day. The only person who's listened to is the one who yells the loudest in the room, the rest are ignored and seen as not worth the time.
