What do you like best about the leadership team?
They do their best to make their employees happy by offering discounts, having monthly birthday parties, weekly raffles, and more!
Always so encouraging without ever mentioning sales or numbers. With no quota and no pointing out sales numbers to shame others, I haven’t been happier!

What is the best part about your compensation package?
I have 2 personals on my team that have been with LimeLife just a few weeks after I personally began. We dived in and launched together in a staggering format AND I was able to receive compensation from their volume my very first month. It was so high energy and so much fun!
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
They need to give raises to adjust to the cost of living expenses.
What are some of the best things about your team?
There is open communication with managers and co-workers,
The majority will help others learn to succeed the way they have, and not once does it depend on where you are at in the team or if they will directly benefit from your success

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The motto and vision of the company is very progressive and forward thinking. They are making a difference in women's lives worldwide.
Integrity and character always ends up trumping no matter the situation, big or small.

What did you like most about the interview process?
You can come in as a temporary worker and get hired. They value hard workers.

The day goes by quickly and there is many different departments and roles available.
