Mr. Kurt Silverman has been Senior Vice President of Development & Delivery at Limelight Networks, Inc. since September 2013. Mr. Silverman served as the President and Chief Executive Officer of SlashSoft Corporation from 2012 to September 2013. Mr. Silverman served as President and Chief Technology Officer of CSG Systems International Inc. from 2002 to 2005, where he was responsible for establishing the technological direction for CSG's award-winning CSG Kenan/BP billing and prepaid solutions. He serves as the Senior Vice President of Development at Limelight Networks, Inc. Mr. Silverman was a Member of Extended Expert Network at The Circumference Group LLC. Mr. Silverman advised on technology strategy and developments. He is an acknowledged industry leader and visionary serving Research and Development , Delivery, Operations, Partners and Strategic Relationships. He served as Senior Vice President of Development and Delivery for Convergys Information Management Group from August 2011 to May 2012. Mr. Silverman was responsible for over 2,000 employees while helping to transform this group in both vision and execution ultimately leading to increased growth and a successful acquisition of this group by NEC in May 2012. He served as the Chief Technology Officer for Lucent Technologies' eServices group covering billing and customer care, Intelligent Networking and Messaging products and solutions from 1999 to 2002. During his tenure at Lucent, Mr. Silverman served as Vice President of Software Strategy and Realization for Lucent's INS business unit and Vice President of Software for Bell Labs. He served as Global Chief Technology Officer and Senior Vice President of Large Global Accounts at Comverse Networks, Inc. from 2005 to 2011. Mr. Silverman served in numerous leadership roles at Kenan Systems from 1984 to 1999, when Lucent acquired CSG Systems International, Inc. At Kenan, Mr. Silverman was responsible for software development and delivery. Before joining Kenan Systems, he served as Senior Economist of Systems Control, Inc., and as a Senior Systems Analyst for Chase Econometrics/ Interactive Data Corporation. Mr. Silverman holds a BS in Economics and an MS in Management Information Systems and International Management from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology and is a graduate of Phillips Academy of Andover, MA.
