They need to increase our pay for what we do and they also need to not mislead us on certain criteria.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
They get paid by Medicaid and Medicare extremely well and we only get paid $9 an hour.

What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
They should probably pay more attention in meetings and actually care.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The company environment is fine when we are in the office and outside the office at a client's.
