Mr. Edward A. Hanlon is a Managing Director of Lincoln Partners. He is active in leading deal teams and in marketing the firm's services. Prior to forming Lincoln Partners Mr. Hanlon worked with Mr. Barr and Mr. Lawson within PaineWebber Incorporated's Mergers and Acquisitions Department and Peers & Co., an internationally oriented mergers and acquisitions advisory firm. Mr. Hanlon began his career at Price Waterhouse and has worked at Morgan Stanley. Mr. Hanlon has extensive experience in marketing and negotiating the sale of divisions and subsidiaries of leading industrial companies. In particular, he has conducted significant and successful marketing efforts targeted at foreign strategic buyers. Additionally, Mr. Hanlon has worked with financially troubled companies. Mr. Hanlon earned a Master of Business Administration degree from The Wharton School of The University of Pennsylvania and a Bachelor of Science degree in accounting from St. Joseph's University. He is a Certified Public Accountant and a recipient of the Alexander E. Loeb Gold Medal for placing first in the state of Pennsylvania on the CPA examination.
