Executive Bio
Mr. Thomas R. Williams is a Managing Director at Lincoln International. He has over 20 years experience at bulge bracket investment banking firms and other financial advisory firms including Morgan Stanley, Banc of America, Merrill Lynch and Continental Illinois National Bank. He previously was a Managing Director for Merrill Lynch and Co. in their corporate finance department where he worked for 13 years. Most recently he was group Vice President of Corporate Development for SPX Corporation where he lead the acquisition and divestiture of numerous businesses. He has extensive experience working with large corporate clients and private equity firms in marketing and negotiating the acquisition and sale of manufacturing, distribution and service businesses. In addition, he has advised on both public and private financings of debt and equity. Mr. Williams earned a Masters in Business Administration from Northwestern University's Kellogg School of Management and a Bachelor of Business Administration degree in Finance from the University of Notre Dame.
